  • If it’s your first time at The Ox Box, please make an effort to come 15 minutes before class starts.

  • We’d love to show you around and ease you into the training floor.

  • Time to lock-in. In the next 60 minutes, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully programmed warm-up, strength set and a conditioning piece.

  • Our coaches are always here to help with modifications if you need them.
